Nice layout of this ranch. Master suite is huge and tastefully done. Other 3 bedrooms were large with en-suite bath.
Easy walk to beach.
Only peeve is that we were there in early November for 4 nights. That means there was a $300 hot tub heating surcharge. Fortunately, the first 2 days were high 70s so we didn’t need a hot tub.
They didn’t surcharge for turning on the whole house air conditioning. Again, nice place but I’m not keen on these surcharges.

Just got back from a family vacation with 8 adults. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub in backyard are a great bonus. Family room/dining area and kitchen all large enough to accommodate 8. Each room has it's own bathroom. Location is centrally located in Sea Pines-not far from beach, south beach, harbour town
Only cons are the doors to each bedroom are louvre doors so sound travels and the twin bed mattresses need updating and are not comfortable for adults

Guest bath had no shower curtain so you could not use it . Pool was disgusting and the jacuzzi was cold
