Make your home at the Gulf Breeze House! Gorgeous beachfront home with full ocean and beach views. This home features 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom overlooks South Padre Island's golden sandy beaches. The Gulf Breeze House has a private pool and hot tub and offers private beach access from the backyard!!
Excellent retreat for a couple or for a family looking to enjoy all aspects of beach living. Whether you wish to entertain friends or take long walks on the beach, this is Island living at its finest!
Activities available: kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, beach walks, horseback riding, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, and much more!

Every stay at 5208 Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

The property was as pictured and absolutely perfect for our party of 6. Our 2 kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. We were literally steps away from the sand beneath our toes. The kids and I enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean. The only issue we had was quickly addressed by the owner. A plastic covering in the pool had broken off. Repairmen were sent promptly and fixed the issue. The A/C kept the place well cooled with the summer heat and we enjoyed the layout of the living room. The long dining room table was perfect for playing board games. Parking our two vehicles was easy. The location was very close to great restaurants and the Wanna Wanna Bar was within walking distance. We absolutely cannot wait to go back and look forward to booking again with this same property. You cannot go wrong with choosing this place. Never was there an easier check in and check out. The passcode on the door was easy to use. (We’ve had difficulty locking the doors with properties in the past.) Our 9 & 11 year old gave this property a 10/10! We have to agree with them.

The views are amazing! The beach is right out the back door on a private boardwalk! The kids enjoyed the pool and the house was large, clean and comfortable!

The staff was great. They responded to all of are needs with a smile. The maintenance staff took care of all concerns. I would recommend SPI to anyone.

This property is in a great location. It’s close to the Wanna Wanna bar which is great to walk to and have lunch and a drink. It’s also close to Jim’s beach rental
