Overall, this unit is great. Oceanfront, plenty of seating inside and on the patio. The condo property is well kept and beach access is very easy. Kitchen is good, plenty of dishes & silverware; ice maker/water dispenser on fridge does not work; Keurig and drip coffee maker available. Twin bedroom is tiny and beds are too firm, great for small kids but not so good for big kids or adults. The other two bedrooms are spacious; queen mattress is very firm (too firm); king mattress is soft, but comfortable. Lots of games provided, but no beach chairs. We did find beach umbrellas in the outside storage room and purchased chairs from Walmart that we will be leaving here. We had an enjoyable girls trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were very comfortable for our 2 week stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Appliances, including washer/dryer, stove/fridge/coffee maker, all worked well. We had a beautiful view of water and sand and would definitely stay here again!

In desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Master shower floor was very dirty all kinds of hair and lent on the tile floor. Bathroom floors were full of hair and dirt. Carpet needs replaced as i doubt sweeping would even help. The floor had not been swept they had dirt and crumbs, used bandaids ect.Spoke to the owner and he told us someone would come to sweep. She literally used a broom in the living room and that was it.
