This condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to the base of the mountain and an easy, short ride to the town of Steamboat Springs. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the misleading photos of the Mountain View. In the summer the trees are in bloom and you cannot see the mountains :.(. Also, the carpet could use a good shampoo or replacing on the stairs and lower level. Otherwise it was super cozy, clean and communication was spot on. Thank you for sharing your condo. We had the most wonderful family vacation!

Great location!! Easy access to slopes/square. Overall great home. The bunk beds in 2 of the rooms are extremely loud, bring ear plugs. Only 2 parking spots and overnight parking is extremely expensive. I'd definitely stay here again!

Check in was smooth, no issues or delays. Kitchen is well equipped. Unit is older and has some deferred maintenance and needed updates. Carpet is stained throughout the house and the dining room table needs a new finish, plates were sticking to the table. Wooden back deck railing is loose and unsafe, needs to fixed asap. We will rent a different unit for our next Steamboat stay.
