The Tyrolean Oberland and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region captivates with its vast natural landscapes, adventure spots, 620 kilometers of ski slopes in the surrounding area, countless hiking trails, excellent air quality, and leisure activities for all ages. Exciting children’s and youth programs Monday through Friday—making for ideal conditions for a relaxing and safe vacation at our guesthouse.

The three different apartments all offer plenty of space with a south-facing balcony or terrace (available with 1 or 2 bedrooms, accommodating 2 to 6 people—easily combinable) and feature spacious living areas furnished primarily with natural wood furniture.

Skiing fun—mountain spring—fall hiking weeks: Our guesthouse and the village of Ried are right in the heart of the skiing and hiking paradise of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, the Tyrolean Oberland, Fendels, Nauders, the Kaunertal Glacier, and Ischgl-Samnaun. Over 620 kilometers of slopes get snowboarders, carvers, adventure seekers, and even beginners fully up to speed. To ensure a fantastic skiing experience, the Kaunertal Glacier guarantees snow from as early as October well into spring. Many illuminated toboggan runs, an ice-skating rink in the village center, numerous cross-country trails, organized ski safaris, and tandem flights provide plenty of fun off the slopes.

A World for Kids and Teens: Right in the village of Ried—fun and adventure for kids and teens! Summer children’s program mostly free: 4-Elements Day, archery, Creative Day, gold panning, Knight’s Castle Evening, kids’ disco, boat building, lantern hike, kids’ show, stream expedition, etc. For teens—adventure camp: beach volleyball, dropping, beach party, movie night, darts tournament, bowling, MTV Night Show, Nordic walking, water games, archery, fun park. For a small fee: rafting, canyoning, horseback riding, high ropes course, Kids’ Waterworld, tandem paragliding. In addition, a sports and wellness program is offered: Motto “Elemental Well-Being in Harmony with Nature.” In the nearby Kaunergrat Nature Park—nature park tours with various activities—experience Tyrol at its most beautiful! The Fisser Flitzer summer toboggan run, the giant swing, and the Fisser Flieger, along with Murmeliwasser in Serfaus, provide fun right in the heart of nature. The Super Mountain Bike Downhill Park, with numerous trails of all difficulty levels, guarantees fun and action. The Ried swimming lake, featuring a water slide and a spacious children’s playground, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
