A little old and in need of some TLC, but overall a good little property that suited our needs very well. The AC struggled to keep up with the hot Southern days, but cooled the house down well at night once the sun went down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The price was great for what we needed.

Perfect home away from home for a relaxing weekend away! We thoroughly enjoyed the clean, well-appointed home, and it was perfect for our little dog, with a nice big back yard and a screened-in back porch. Patricia was in contact throughout and was a wonderful hostess. Thanks for the great weekend!

The home was very clean and having a laundry room is nice too. The porch area was great and made the morning nice for a nice cup of coffee.
