RENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS
The 70 sqm apartment, fully furnished, is located in a residence of 10 apartments immersed in a large green park, at the end of a private road (via Borandasco), on the hill of Marina di Campo at 1.3 km from the sea.
It consists of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms (with 4 single beds), a bathroom with shower and washing machine (renovated in 2013) and a large living room with kitchenette, dishwasher and large fridge.
In the living room there are two sofa beds, a TV and a large French window, overlooking the Gulf of Marina di Campo. The apartment also has a covered parking space, private land at the back, a space in common with the other apartments for drying laundry.
The linen (sheets and towels) is available to guests.
The prices shown are per week. For longer periods contact me for more advantageous conditions.

We spent 4 great weeks in this apartment which was perfect for us (family, 2 adults, 2 small children). It is spacious, fully equipped, incl. dishwasher and washing machine, and offers an amazing view over the bay of Marina di Campo. With our children we also enjoyed the area surrounding the house which is located at the end of a dead-end street. So we could walk around and play safely without / only few traffic.
It takes some 25-30 min by walking to Marina, or only few minutes by car.

This apartment has ample space for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, dishes, dish soap, and an Italian coffee maker, etc. The beds were adequately comfortable. The view from the front windows is fantastic and the area where the apartment is situated is very quiet and peaceful.
The biggest problem we had were with the mosquitoes. There are no screens on any windows. There is no air conditioning, and would not be needed with the windows open since it cools down nicely at night. The first night, we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. The next nights, we closed the windows, but were very hot and sweating. The apartment could use a couple fans. There were none.
