Everything appeared to be clean. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and cookware as needed though we didnt need it. Pool was clean. The property needs a few updates, new carpet or a deep cleaning of carpet would work wonders! We had trouble with the front door lock. Called the property managment and they arrived within 10 mins to replace the batter which fixed the issues. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, which is a huge plus. The air hockey table in the garage needs a screwdriver to tighten it up as it is too wobbly to play. The king beds have the hardest mattresses I have ever slept on, though surprisingly, still slept well enough on them without aches and pains as they are good. The price was very affordable. I do recommend this property.

Pool was great. The furniture was in poor condition and the carpet was filthy. Kitchen was clean and very spacious. Some linens were stained and toilets needed replacing very ragged. Dishes were chipped. Overall the house needed a good cleaning. The grill needs replacing also.

We inquired about early check in and were informed that the property review was wrapping up and would be complete in 30 minutes (allowing for an early check in) but to our surprise we were unable to check in early and had to wait 2 hours. The security at the property is great but the front gate had issues nearly every day. The code did not work and we had to call to wait for support staff to manually allow the gate to open. The games in the garage did not work (dart tips broken and air hockey table was not in working order). Minimal dishes and supplies were available considering we had a large group that stayed. The sliding glass door needs replaced/repaired as it was very difficult to slide along the track to open it. The carpet felt dirty/was stained. The fine details within the property could use extra attention. Positives about the home: the size of the space was great, the security was great and we always felt safe, the pool was small but efficient for our group, close to Disney and other needs such as target, grocery stores, etc. Overall, based on the price of the visit, it met our standards considering “you get what you pay for”.

"House was exactly as advertised. Very clean upon arrival. Highly recommend. Thought we would do more around the area ( Excellent location! ) but ended up spending most of vacation at the house."
