• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort, you will see a specific Atlantica parking lot sign (Max 2 spaces).

• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

On the listing page, it gave one price, but when I went to book, it was a little bit more expensive. I booked anyway and took screenshots of everything. I contacted the host, but was told that there would be no refund despite the discrepancy in price since I had already booked. Be very careful when booking to make sure that the listing price and the booking price match. If they don’t, contact the host ahead of time. They were not willing to work with us.

Stay was great, location was excellent.Room was very clean and the kitchen had most of the necessities. Only negative thing was place was lacking a broom.

Sitting furrniture could use some improvement in the living room. Maybe a recliner /recliner couch would be nice.
Balcony chairs need improvement. Maybe bar height stools with a table. Kitchen cooking pots and pans needs improvement. Good thing we brought some cooking pans. I still had to go buy a few things to prepare meals with and a small frying pan for breakfast cooking.
Other than those things we had a good time. Beach was nice. Pools were great until the weekend when they were over crowed and kids running everywhere and eating in the hot tubs and leaving food and paper plates in the pool areas.. There should be someone working the pool areas controlling the kids because the parents were not. The Flag also needs to be replaced.
