A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a large refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. The first floor also includes a laundry room and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

On the second floor, three bedrooms provide plenty of privacy and peace. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. In the second bedroom, there’s a twin-over-full-size bunk bed—called a Captain’s bunk—and another full-size bed with access to a shared balcony. The third bedroom is a suite with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Another full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.

Up one more flight of stairs lies the penthouse master suite. A sumptuous king-size bed, window seat, and seating area create a completely calming and private space. A glass door leads out to the soaring third-floor balcony with glorious Gulf of Mexico views. The master bathroom includes a double vanity and a step-in shower.
