Pinhoti — A Private Mountain Retreat with Extraordinary Views

Welcome to Pinhoti — a beautifully designed contemporary retreat set high on 12 private acres in the North Georgia mountains.

With spectacular views across Taylor Ridge, complete privacy and your own year-round heated swim spa and hot tub, Pinhoti is a place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the luxury of having nowhere you need to be.

From the moment you walk through the front door, the architecture draws your eye towards the view.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the landscape into the heart of the home, creating a constantly changing backdrop of morning mist, blue skies, golden sunsets and the changing seasons.

Open the doors and step onto your enormous private deck — the perfect place for morning coffee, an afternoon in the sun or an evening glass of wine as the sun disappears behind the mountains.

Pinhoti's outdoor space is designed for relaxing.

Experience the 14-foot heated swim spa, available all year, or settle into the separate hot tub and enjoy the mountains beneath the stars.

Whether you're starting the day in the swim spa, cooling off after a hike or simply soaking while the sun sets, the spa deck is likely to become one of your favourite parts of the stay.

And because the deck is completely private, you can enjoy it at your own pace.

Designed for four — and perfect for two couples.

Pinhoti has two beautiful, generously sized master bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

The bedrooms are identical, making the home particularly well suited to two couples travelling together, while also giving a family of four plenty of space and privacy.

The open-plan living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge, with the mountain views always in sight.

High-speed Wi-Fi also makes Pinhoti an ideal place to work remotely if you really must.

Outside the house, 12 private acres give you room to explore.

Follow the woodland trail, watch for deer and wild turkeys, listen to the birds or simply find a quiet spot and enjoy the peace.

At sunset, gather around the outdoor fire pit, make use of your complimentary s'mores kit and watch the last light fade across the mountains.

This is a place where doing very little can feel like doing exactly the right thing.

Pinhoti works beautifully for:

• Couples looking for a romantic mountain escape
• Two couples travelling together
• Families wanting space and privacy
• Hiking and outdoor adventures
• A peaceful weekend away
• Longer stays and remote working
• Celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions

Nearby you'll find hiking, waterfalls, state parks, climbing, boating and other outdoor adventures, including Cloudland Canyon and Crockford-Pigeon Mountain.

And if you fancy a day in the city, Chattanooga is approximately 45 minutes away.

Make your stay even more special:

If you're celebrating something — or simply want to treat yourselves — we offer a selection of optional Treats & Extras.

Our romantic With Love experience includes champagne, chocolates and rose petals, while additional experiences such as an in-home massage, private chef dining and yoga can also be arranged with our preferred local partners.

You can create as much of an experience as you want — or simply arrive, unpack and relax.

Most importantly, Pinhoti is somewhere to escape the everyday.

Come capture the views, linger in the swim spa, and depart with a truly refreshed mind. This is how life should be.

A few things to know:

Pinhoti is intentionally private and rural. A car is essential as there is no public transport or Uber service in the immediate area.

The swim spa and hot tub are available and heated year-round, so Pinhoti is just as enjoyable in the cooler months as it is during summer.

Our property management team are close by if you have any issues or queries during your stay – we are very lucky to have them as our neighbors.
