The space
This stunning home set across three spacious floors will ensure you the best stay in the Historic city centre of Canterbury.

As you first enter the property you’re met by a comfortable living space with a TV and a small fireplace. Carrying on through the ground floor there is a dining area with a dining table. There is also a kitchen with large windows that let the light in, this space has the utilities you will need to ensure an easy and relaxing stay. At the end of the kitchen there is a utility room with a small bathroom.

On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms, one with a luxurious double bed and the second with two single beds, on this floor there is also a large family bathroom with a stunning freestanding bath with a shower over it.

On the second floor of the property is the master bedroom, this stunning room holds a king side bed for maximum comfort, the large skylight windows let the light flood in to this amazing room. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom!

There’s paid parking. The long stay car park next to Canterbury West station Is the cheapest option .

Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
