The location of this property was fantastic. We loved having the terrace to cook out on. The pool was lovely and relaxing. A word of caution on the pool: it does have jacuzzis, but unlike what we would expect here in the states, they are not heated. We were there during a heatwave, so we loved that the place had strong air conditioning and that the pool was cool and refreshing. 10/10

This is our second stay in Roland’s apartment and once again we had a lovely time. The apartment has been refreshed slightly since last year which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen has been upgraded and there is more dishwear and glasses which were a bit lacking previously. Communication and check in were both perfect. The pool complex in the apartment block is second to none. The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, the shower couldn’t stay up on the pole and there is no shelves so your cosmetics get wet beside the sink. A mirror in the bedroom would also be nice! But these are minor details, we had a lovely and comfortable stay. The location is perfect within a few minutes walk of beach, old town and train station. The apartment is quiet despite the town being noisy some of the nights we were there with a music festival on and the World Cup matches. Air conditioning was good and a godsend during the heatwave while we were there. Thanks again Roland, We hope to be back again soon!

Host was great. Responded promptly. Location is excellent. Close to train and very close to old town. Very walkable. The pools were great for a cool down after a day out in the sun. The private patio is huge. The property itself could use a little facelift but it was overall a great place to stay.

Perfect location for a family stay in Antibes. The pool is perfect for both kids and adults. This is our second stay here and we will stay again. Rolande has added additional furniture to the balcony area since our last visit which was a bonus.
