The balcony looks out over Port Phillip Bay and the buzzing Bay Street precinct, with water views by day and a twinkle of the Westgate Bridge at night. A full-sized kitchen, private laundry, and a bathroom with a bathtub round out the practical side, while a 60 Smart TV with Netflix covers the nights in. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and balcony doors let the sea breeze straight through when the weather's on your side. Guests also get access to the building's heated indoor pool and gym.
