This apartment, located in Sainte-Maxime, is ideal for 3 or 4 people. You’ll have access to 1 bedroom, a shared pool open from May 1 to September 30, and a large 22-square-meter terrace with an electric grill.
Its air-conditioned living room offers the perfect setting to unwind after a day spent exploring the region. Settle into the sofa bed to read a good book or take advantage of the amenities provided, such as unlimited Wi-Fi. You can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), then enjoy them at the dining table that seats four or outside on your terrace. The apartment has one bedroom, which is also air-conditioned—a comfortable 12 m² room with a 160 cm bed and a French door opening onto the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. At the end of your stay, the tenant is responsible for cleaning the apartment, or cleaning services can be arranged for a fee of 50 euros, payable upon arrival. . You will need to bring your own towels and linens (these can be rented for an additional fee). You can park on-site in a private parking space located across from the apartment (no stairs required). Smoking is not permitted indoors.

THE RESIDENCE

“Sainte-Maxime Park” residence, built in 2005. The town center and the downtown beaches are a 1.8 km walk from the apartment, or a 2 km drive. The rental is located 2.7 km from the Nartelle beaches. The residence is situated on an elevated slope, offering this magnificent view of the hill across the way.

Shared amenities include a swimming pool (6x12m, depth 80–160 cm, open May 15–September 30). A children’s pool is located near the main pool, along with outdoor showers.

A Botanic store (organic products), a wine shop (Nicolas), and a bakery (Maitre Julien) are all within 300 meters of the residence. The Carrefour shopping center is 800 meters away, as are many other shops.

Nearby is Aqualand (700 meters), as well as a tree-top adventure park (850 meters). The Gaumont movie theater complex is 40 meters from the residence

residence is a fully enclosed 7-hectare property with two electric gates. Numerous “visitor” parking spaces are available throughout the property.

The residence is not very accessible for people with limited mobility (located on a hill), so a car is recommended.

A Sainte-Maxime minibus stop is located below the residence and can take you to downtown or to Nartelle Beach (€1 per day in the summer). The minibus runs regularly every day.

Sainte-Maxime

A charming seaside resort on the Var coast of the French Riviera, located between Toulon and Nice, across from Saint-Tropez (14 km), 23 km from Saint-Raphaël, and 33 km from Draguignan.

With a population of over 13,000, Sainte-Maxime boasts more than 10 km of coastline. Shuttle boats take you to Saint-Tropez, offer sea cruises, or tours of the region’s islands.

The town features several markets (food, flea market, night market), daily evening entertainment during the season, several small shopping centers, a botanical garden, a museum, a casino, a nightclub, bars, restaurants, shops, several scenic viewpoints, and above all, 6 km of sandy beaches, 2 rocky beaches, and a few coves for swimming or diving. Some of the beaches are private, but there are also public beaches (about a dozen). Thanks to its “Blue Flag” certification, the beaches are exceptionally clean.
