My favorite spot of the house is the extremely large kitchen with so many cabinets, island in the middle and a large snack bar for entertaining. In the kitchen is a nook, a desk for your laptop with cabinets & Wi Fi to connect you with the outside world. From the kitchen you will find laundry room with new appliances and laundry soap. Also a 1/2 bath is off the living room. The house is spacious and newly decorated..

Don' forget there is a beautiful 2019 gas golf cart fully equipped with rear bench. So you can explore all of the many activities and entertainment the Villages has to offer. Golf cart access road entry is one block away. The pool is only 3 min by golf cart and Becall rec center for tennis, pickleball, golf. There is a Doggie park 1 mile away for your pal. We did not forget about your doggie pals, we have a doggie bed and a dog crate if you wish to use.

A rental ID is available for $50.00 which allows renters to reserve tee times in advance and golf for free. (Minimal trail fees) Also if you want to attend water aerobics classes.. Highly recommend purchasing during winter season if you are a Avid golfer. Golf clubs are available male and female for you to enjoy.
