Large Touquet-style villa and attached apartment located near the golf course at the corner of Avenue du Golf and Allée des Bouleaux, featuring a private, heated outdoor pool (seasonal: mid-April to mid-September): RENTAL FOR 12 PEOPLE (CHILDREN INCLUDED), 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large, fully fenced garden with trees, private outdoor heated pool subject to weather conditions (outdoor temperature: minimum 18°C, FROM MID-APRIL TO MID-SEPTEMBER). Pool: 5 x 10 meters, depth 1.10 to 1.20 meters.

Cleaning is included in the price and consists of a 6-hour cleaning package; cleaning is performed on a regular basis and includes a cleaning before your arrival, during your stay, and after your departure. Guests who leave the villa dirty, requiring additional cleaning hours, will have the cost of those extra cleaning hours deducted from their security deposit.

Tenants must respect good neighborly relations and take care of the rented premises.
The villa must be returned in a reasonably clean condition: trash cans and dishwasher emptied, breakfast area cleared away, villa “clean.” We ask our guests to please clean the grill if it is used.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions (to be discussed with the owner). Pet fee: 10 € per night. Please ensure your pets are kept clean both inside and outside the villa (no scratch marks on doors or the sofa, and pick up any waste on the lawn); please do not allow your pets into the bedrooms for hygiene reasons (pet hair on
