This 3 bedroom 3 bath end unit in Building II has the very best panoramic unobstructed views in the complex. Unit 2109 is a premier condo unit and absolutely tops in this destination resort. Majestic Beach Tower complex is situated directly on the Gulf.

The amenities inside your condo include 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have TV's. Two bedrooms have King beds and one has a Queen bed. We have a sofa, love seat and recliner in the living area that will easily sleep an adult and a small child. The 'Beach Bum' or north bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the city and the bay. It is a spectacular 'city night life view'!
Relax to a stunning sunset from your balcony or relax by the pool and order lunch or a refreshing tropical drink from the outdoor poolside Bar and Grill. The menu offers fresh local seafood, sandwiches and appetizers.
For your convenience and comfort we include private covered designated parking There is a charge of $45.00 per car per reservation charged by the Association. Before your reservation you will be able to register your car and when you arrive a camera will read your license plate and you will drive right in and park. No more parking passes. I have two designated spaces on the third floor. My parking spaces are on the third floor of the Parkhouse closest to the air conditioned walkover Bridge leading to the building elevators. You never have to cross the street! You will keep your car out of the bright strong Florida sun and be safe and secure.

We would recommend this condo to anyone. It is clean and has almost everything we have at home. The view is spectacular. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay this is it. We will definitely come back to this condo.

I saved the information for this room! It was clean, fully stocked, & had an amazing shower head with great water pressure, which is a major plus for me!!! The room also has the best balcony & most convenient parking!!!

Love this condo it was our 2nd stay at this condo in Majestic and our favorite in this complex. Great communication with Sue the owner. Love the pool area and resturant on site. Close to everything.
