We had a plumbing issue when we were there and the host immediately responded after a phone call was made in the morning. Issue resolved by 10:30 am as well as she sent out cleaners same day. Extremely responsive!

It was fine, it just wasn’t very clean. And it was very wet. It’s probably the resorts fault with old a/c or something but the floor was wet, the beds were damp, everything was damp. Our towels got more dry hanging on a chair on the balcony than under the a/c vent in the condo. Also there were dust bunnies under the bedside table and the dishes didn’t seem very clean. It was more run down in person than in photos. The beds were comfortable. Everything was there and very convenient.
