Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional.
The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed.
We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us.

The property was exactly as advertised and met our expectations. The manager was very nice. We would have preferred check-in instructions ahead of time without needing to call, but did not have any problems with check-in or our stay.
We enjoyed the location and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge.
We would stay here again.

We usually rent a house but since this was last minute and not a full week. This place worked out great. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. The indoor pool was great for night swimming no bugs!!!! The two daily passes to Maui jacks was also a great bonus. Ed the property manager was fantastic to work with. We definitely would stay here again.
