Located 10 minutes from Lannion, and Locquirec known for its beautiful surf spots, and 15 minutes from the pink granite coast.
The parking space for cars is integrated into the property.
This cottage is composed of a large bright living room of 50 m² with a kitchen area including a fridge-freezer, 3 bedrooms (7 beds: 3 double beds, 1 of which (160*200), a child's bed (90x190), possibility of a baby bed). A sofa bed is available allowing 2 additional beds in the main room. A dishwasher, washing machine in the laundry room, television, internet access are present.
Outside, 2 sunny terraces all day long equipped with a table and chairs, large parasol, sun loungers, barbecue, ping pong table. All integrated into a large enclosed garden of 5000 m², with superb view of the valley.
A nice Breton draught horse, gentle with children, is present adjacent to the property.
