Claudine was a wonderful host with great communication and was very kind throughout our stay. Maria not only helped keep everything clean, she also cooked for us, which made the experience feel extra special. The house was exactly as listed, and having both a private pool and the beach right out the back door 20 feet away was absolutely perfect. We were also within walking distance of Playa Del Carmen 5th Ave. For filling the fridge, I'd recommend using Rappi, a lot cheaper than using a taxi to get all of your groceries. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The location. Cleanliness, and our host Jazmin were incredible. The best family vacation we have taken. Right on the beach, walking distance to watersports and a central location to fishing, cenotes, and historical tours. Everything was perfect.

I booked this property for a multi-generational "guys trip." My father, son, nephew, brother-in-law, and I shared this place for a week and it was perfect. The photos are accurate. It is literally right on the beach, and the entire Playacar development is lovely. It's also only a 20 minute walk to Quinta Avenida and the Paseo de Carmen shopping mall.The property manager, Claudine, was easy to reach and communicate with, and was very helpful. And the housekeeper Maria was great as well. She even picked up and unpacked some groceries for us so our kitchen was stocked when we arrived.All in all, we loved this place and would love to return!
