Reviewer Comments:
We had a fantastic one bedroom condo for our getaway. But the big shout out goes to Chris and Hailey at Summit Mountain who went the extra mile to change my reservation when I booked the wrong weekend. Other staff members just said sorry,we can't help you but Chris and Hailey made it happen. We had a great long weekend in the mountains and the condo was first rate.

They are great at service. I wished they had air conditioning. The sliding door needs maintenance to allow it to be more secure. We did have 4 black ants in the bathroom. The property was nicely located for the wedding that we were attending.

Place was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful place. Clean and tidy. Only issue is where you park you car for the unit and then trying to find the entrance door was a bit confusing

Reviewer Comments:
Premises not adequately cleaned. Throw pillows and sofa very dusty. No blackout drapes in living room and bedroom. Screen door not movable. No stepping stool for higher cabinets and shelves. Poor TV's service and convoluted remote access methods.
