Centered between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Beautiful pink cliffs across the way, and a river.
Cozy two bedroom cottage that's 1000 sq. ft
It's sitting on three quarters of an acre of land. Two comfortable queen beds. Dining and family room. Deck out front to enjoy the beautiful view. There is 1 Gig fiber internet to stay connected while on your vacation. Kitchen with all the amenities plus a washer and dryer. There is no central air to the house, but we have portable fans in both of the bedrooms, ceiling fans, and portable AC in the living/dining room. We have heat in the cottage as well. There is a gas fireplace and a heater in the kitchen and both bedrooms. The cottage is a great place to visit year round!

This was our 3rd stay a Calli's Cottage. Each stay has been outstanding. The location of the Cottage provides good access to Bryce, Zion and Kanab. Plus the views from the Cottage are outstanding. Calli is very responsive and professional. The Cottage is very functional, clean and well appointed. We hope to return for a 4th visit.

This house was just perfect for our stay. My elderly mother-in-law was able to stay comfortably while my husband and I did some hikes at Bryce Canyon. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We used the oven, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, refrigerator and freezer and all worked great. The city had a power outage for a few hours but the house still had running hot water! The bathroom was a good size and very nice. Callie was very, very quick with communication. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Great hosts!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed. The view out of the front door is a huge bonus. Very quiet area. The host, Callie, is great and if we are ever back in the area we will for sure stay here again!

Loved it! Great kitchen, living room/dining room with windows large enough to enjoy the beautiful view of mountains and horses across the street. Beds were comfortable and there is a GREAT shower in the bathroom.
