Great stay overall. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nice quiet location back off the main street. Michael is a great host. Our only disappointment was the beach. The picture in the listing makes it look nicer than it is. It's about a quarter mile walk (which is disclosed), but when we got there it was mostly grass and very little sand, pretty swampy. Conditions may vary by season, but we ended up driving to the state park public beach instead.

Overall it was a nice place - but there is definitely not enough room to sleep eight people. The pull out sofa in the pictures does not match the actual sofa - which is more like a child's day bed. We managed but it was not what we expected. The place is nicely done - plumbing, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher all worked well.
