The stunning 2-storey house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a bunk bed and one with one double bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a covered terrace, an open terrace, a barbecue, a balcony, a pool and an outdoor shower. In approximately 5 minutes' driving you will reach the centre of Alaior with restaurants, bars, cafes and a supermarket. Son Bou beach is a 14-minute drive away (12 km) where you can cool down on warm summer days in the sea. The island's only golf course, Golf Son Parc, lies 17 km away. Furthermore, Menorca airport can be reached by car in 14 minutes (10 km).
