We enjoyed our stay in Royan. This appartment was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious for our group of 4. The location was also very convenient. Liliane made us feel very welcome on arrival.

We had a lovely stay here. I think we might have been one of the first few guests ever. The place is freshly renovated, clean and really cute. It has a small kitchen and plenty of living space for our group of 6 adults. This is an easy 10 min walk to the beach and many restaurants. The hosts were very nice (speak French only) and accommodating with bedding and towels. I would recommand this place.
The only thing is that there was no wifi. For us Americans it was little bit of an issue as not everyone had a European SIM card. We just referred to the house as the Zen House since we were mostly disconnected while we were there :)
