Centrally Located Family Home!
Jazz’s Leafy Retreat is a well equipped home in a fantastic central Dunsborough location. Just a couple of streets back from the town’s main beach, it’s also walking distance into the centre of Dunsborough for morning coffees, groceries or dinners out. STRA6281TVML02VG
Set on a large leafy block with ample lawn out the front and back, this home has space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Little kids and teenagers will enjoy the separate games shed out the back, complete with ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, and a selection of balls and racquets for more holiday fun.
The rear yard is also enclosed, which means parents can relax while little children are playing.
The layout of the home is simple. The master bedroom and ensuite are upstairs, with the remainder of the rooms downstairs.
A slow-burning wood fire keeps the house lovely and warm in winter and is a joy to come home to after a day out exploring the region’s wineries and many attractions. The house also has reverse cycle air-conditioning downstairs so that you can be in complete comfort at the push of a button.
Please note that there is no guest wi-fi.
Note: There is a sunken lounge area adjoining the dining table and kitchen, so guests must take care due to the split level flooring. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are quite steep also.
* Bedroom and bathroom linen is part of the linen pack however please bring your own beach towels.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

We had such a relaxing winter stay at Jazz’s Leafy Retreat. Plenty of games and books to keep the kids and adults occupied in front of the warm fireplace. There is a separate games room with a ping pong table, darts and badminton racquets as well. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances to whip up meals. Everything was clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home. The house is within walking distance of the town and beach. Perfect getaway for every season!

Great place over all it has so many nice places to sit. Kitchen could use more light especially above the cooker.

The cutest place with a location you could not beat, just 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. It had everything you could think of in the kitchen and we LOVED the fireplace!!
