Introducing Sugar Shores, a brand-new Gulf Shores vacation home located directly on the beach with elevated amenities and premier accommodations. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Sugar Shores welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from nearly every window.
Offering 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this 3-story Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps 20 to 22 guests. Sugar Shores features include a fully equipped chef's kitchen and luxury dining room seating. With 10 seats at the dining table and 6 at the bar, this home is the perfect location for the entire family to gather and enjoy each other's company. Plus, family time is top of mind with the spacious seating options in the expansive, 40-foot living area, a room complete with shiplap walls, and a virtual wall of windows illuminating the entire space with natural light.
What's more, Sugar Shores provides a 60-foot entertainment deck with a private pool and sand room with an outdoor wash station for fishing gear and beach equipment. Equipped with an elevator for ease of access, Sugar Shores exudes luxury. This vacation home is positioned on a private deeded beach access point directly on West Beach Blvd.
Upon entry to the main floor of Sugar Shores, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and gulf-facing living room. The virtual wall of windows paired with the sweeping 10' ceilings seem to bring the gulf inside to you. Here, you will also find a powder room, laundry room, and one bedroom with an ensuite bath. The main floor accesses the entertainment and pool deck, private boardwalk, and sand room.
Moving up to the second floor, guests will find the master suite, two more gulf-facing bedrooms, and one north-facing bedroom, all with en suite baths. Complete with a beverage and snack bar, the tranquil space offers a perfect escape for relaxation.
The top floor offers a space like no other. Here, you will find the final two bedrooms. Designed for youth, bedroom six is outfitted with 4 sets of bunks in a gulf-facing room complete with a media area. On the north side, bedroom 7 offers separation and access to a jack-and-jill bathroom.
Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are, unfortunately, not welcome at this property. Smoking is prohibited. The deck pool size is 9 x 15 and 3.5 ft deep and may be heated for $58 per day. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Sugar Shores is best booked directly through the Kaiser Vacation Rentals' website. The carport and parking lot accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Weddings and onsite events are permitted with advance approval.
To accommodate peak seasonal demand, Sugar Shores accepts 7-night reservations only, with Saturday-to-Saturday check-in and check-out, from Memorial Day week through Labor Day.

The house was exactly as pictured. The only problem we had was that the elevator was locked down when we arrived. We had two family members who could not walk upstairs, my mother in law who has Parkinson’s and my sister in law who had a c-section less than a month prior. I was not given the elevator code with the check in information. When I called the number for Kaiser upon arrival, the person said they always have that problem. When the elevator code that she gave me over the phone did not work, she said they would send a maintenance person out to look at it. Several hours later, about 7pm, no maintenance had come. I called the Kaiser number back, to which the person said they had a high volume of maintenance requests that afternoon, so it would probably be the next day (Saturday) before a person could come. By 5:00pm on Saturday, no one had come to check out the elevator, so we called a 3rd time. After discussing with the Kaiser person about the Individuals with Disabilities Act, they finally had someone out there within 30 minutes. So if you rent a Kaiser property, make sure you get the elevator code yourself and I would have them verify the elevator is in fact working before you arrive. We will not be renting from Kaiser Vacation Rentals again. Very difficult to work with.
