There is dining seating for ten on the roof terrace and lounge seating for at least six. The terrace is partially shaded with a "sail-shade," and there is also a large automatic awning which can cover the lounge seating area if required.

The whole apartment has electric underfloor heating if required during winter months.



There is private parking for one car. It also has a well-stocked liquor section if required. El Portet beach itself has several famous local restaurants including Le Dauphin and the Restaurante El Portet, which is renowned for its excellent seafood paella.
