Tidewater has scheduled exterior repairs during the following periods:
• September 16–October 16, 2026: Work on all north balconies on the east and west sides.
• October 19–November 20, 2026: First phase of south-side repairs. stacks affected 05-09 Pool CLOSED during these dates
• November 23, 2026–January 1, 2027: Additional south-side repairs. Stacks affected 01-05
• January 4–February 5, 2027: Pool CLOSED during these dates
All dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo! The highlight was the beautiful view from the balcony, especially overlooking the nearby inlet. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, making it a great place to relax.
We only had a couple of small suggestions for the owners. There were quite a few personal family photos displayed throughout the condo, which made it feel a little more like staying in someone's personal home than a vacation rental. I think removing these could help guests feel even more at home. Also, the bedroom closest to the front door could really benefit from a blackout curtain. The lights from the exterior walkway kept the room quite bright throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
Other than those minor things, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

The unit is wonderfully appointed and even better than the pictures. Three couples and we were never crowded. The balcony is wonderful though it does appear to need repair to parts of the railing. The view was everything. Our only issues were with the managing company, Beachball Properties. We arrived early and sought to move in based on a previous offer to bump our arrival from Saturday to Friday because the unit was vacant. They claimed no knowledge of the offer so the email was forwarded. From there it took three phone calls, extensive time on hold and a final agreement to pay a fee for early arrival though the unit had been ready for 24 hours. I understand the need for policy and protocol, but this experience showed little concern for the customer as well as inconsistent knowledge on the part of staff. I would rent the unit again in a heartbeat if I could do so without working with Beachball.

It was great place to stay! Our only complaint was we were unable to use the oven. It was greasy and filthy and the fire alarm when off when we tried to use it.
