Cute & clean.Didnt know it was A dual plex.But had everything we needed.Very nice.We would stay again.

Cute home with everything needed for a nice stay. The property isn’t huge, but plenty of room for a family. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well-equipped.

This is a great find just 2 blocks from Whisky Row! Host communication was great! Easy check in process. Unit was clean, beds very comfortable. We were there for 6 nights and like to cook our breakfasts and have afternoon snack and a dinner or two. Kitchen is stocked nicely with pots/pans/cooking utensils and some spices. Hosts provided Keurig coffee pods and regular ground coffee as they have both style coffee makers. Nice to have paper towels and soft toilet paper provided. The washer and dryer were also nice and host provided detergent pods. There is a propane bbq on the side of the property but with Doc’s BBQ and Whisky 2 blocks away, no need to BBQ. The Window A/C’s in both bedrooms and living room work great. It was 90 while we were there. Parking area in back of property as well as in front of property is a plus. Overall a very nice property.

What a fabulous stay I had in this cottage! Really close to Court House Square, which was desireable for me bc I volunteered at an event there. At first, the hike up the hill in the Prescott altitude got to me, but I conquered it. The cottage, itself, is nothing short of sweet. The living area looks out onto the street in the Knob Hill area with its beautiful, historic houses. The porch is quiet as was the unit next door (the cottage is divided in two). My bed was divine and sat in the middle of a room larger than I expected. The bathroom is recently well-upgraded. I loved the shower - very refreshing, and no long wait for hot water. The kitchen was nicely equipped, making meal prep and snacking easy. It opened onto the dining area, which I used as an office, but it would be nice for a family meal. I did not use the 2nd bedroom which appeared rather small but still very useable. Both bedrooms had decent closet space, where extra bedding is stashed (it's cold in them thar mountains!). Note that when I arrived - exhausted from traveling - I couldn't get in the door. Randy answered my text quickly to help. Oops, wrong unit. I liked the touch lock as I did not have to carry a key. I parked my car in front, but there is another parking spot in back by accessing a small road with a few houses on it. That would have been convenient, too. Would I stay here again? You betcha. Wonderful (and historic) place to stay, cozy, easy to find, close to everything. Loved it! Felt like a home.
