The room was spotless, Valeria the member of staff was amazing and delt with a couple of issues. The big issue was one it is not a hotel as stated and two you have to check in at another address which was hard to find then find the the BB we were staying at. Was not told of these arrangements till the day by email. Problem if you dont use your phone.

Very clean, close to everything, just know that the room is very small and compact.

The hotel has recently refurbishment, the room is big enough, they should consider to put a coffee table and chairs. The room is quiet, mattress is great and firm. The check in area is located 8 mins away from the rooms, surrounding you will not feel safe.

The staff went out of their way from arrival to departure to ensure I enjoyed my stay. They were aldo very helpful today when my travel arrangements went awry. The room was spotless, modern with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and the air con didn't take long to cool the room down. The area may not look quite, but the building was surprisingly so. I didn't hear any traffic noise or other guests. Its a good location if you want to catch a bus to the airport or a train elsewhere. The city centre is a short 15 min walk to the shops and restaurants and the harbour is maybe a 25 -30mins walk, it is flat all the way. It really is a superb place to stay.
