Welcome to “Hibernation station” — your cozy, chalet-style retreat nestled among towering evergreens in Arnold’s Blue Lake Springs community.

This 3-bedroom + loft cabin offers peaceful seclusion with the perfect mix of comfort and adventure. The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace, and forest views from the living and dining areas. Step onto the private patio to enjoy fresh mountain air, towering pines, and occasional wildlife sightings. Whether you’re sipping coffee under the trees or unwinding after a hike, this is your place to relax and recharge.

Out back, you’ll find a large, open greenbelt space perfect for exploring or letting the kids and dogs roam. Inside, there’s room to spread out—with three full bedrooms and a cozy loft that works great for extra guests or reading a book under a skylight.

Guests also enjoy access to Blue Lake Springs amenities (seasonal): a private lake, pool, tennis and basketball courts, a children’s play area, gym, and the Snowflake Lodge restaurant.

We’re just minutes to Calaveras Big Trees State Park, 25 minutes to Bear Valley Ski Resort, and close to the charming downtowns of Arnold and Murphys—known for boutique shopping, local wine tasting, and live music.

Perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with nature. Pet-friendly, stocked for every season, and ready for your next mountain escape.
