On the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator), this 85 sq m (915 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment opens onto two terraces, one facing the beach and the bay, and the other facing south. It comprises:
A 42 sq m (452 sq ft) living/dining room (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi) opening onto a 13 sq m (140 sq ft) terrace facing the bay (table and chairs); a separate, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, new induction hob and extractor hood, fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., washing machine); a hallway with two closets leading to a bathroom, a separate toilet; bedroom 1 (closet, three 90cm beds, one of which is a mezzanine) opening onto a south-facing terrace (awnings, two sun loungers); and bedroom 2 (small closet, 160cm bed) with an en-suite shower room, also on a south-facing terrace.

You will also have two private and secure parking spaces. Bicycle storage (space available, not guaranteed).
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], a sheet and towel set for €42 per week. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rental price at a flat rate of €15 per day.
