Round Rock is the one of Texas best kept secrets. We can sometimes be overlooked for our larger sister city but that works in our favor. We offer all the trappings of Austin minus the hustle and bustle. So, feel free to come visit Austin but rest your head in Round Rock. We love catering to large groups of family and friends who just want to experience some southern hospitality. Business travelers are also welcomed. We are 4 miles from the Kalahari Resort.
Our home offers the perfect family/group environment. The open concept floor plan ensures no one feel excluded and offers plenty of space. The modern kitchen provides all the accessories needed to create a truly home cooked meal. While the living room is a great gathering location. Our three bedrooms offer ample sleeping for a large family or group.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!
ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.
We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Check in was very easy. Our host was great to communicate availability if needed. This is a great value; beds to price. Little touches were very obvious.

This property was clean and the process of checking in and out were very easy. I would stay here again if in the area.

The property was very easy to get to and conveniently located to shopping and eating places. The home was clean and neighborhood was quite. This was my first time staying where there were not TV's in the bedrooms. There was only one TV in the living area. The no shoe policy would have been okay however there are wood and ceramic floors so you had to wear socks or house shoes. There was carpet inside of the bedrooms and one room had a nasty stain. I don't allow shoes in my home on the carpeted areas because I mop the other floors. Overall it was fairly nice and was good for my family to be able to stay together.
