Important Notes for Game Room:

• 2 designated parking spaces next to the cabin
• A 3rd small car may park in front of the cabin
• No trailers or RVs allowed
Accessibility:
Not handicapped accessible; 3 steps from the parking area to the cabin

Security:
• 2 External Security Cameras: Front Door and Parking Lot (24/7 video/audio monitoring)
• No cameras inside or on back decks
• Keyless Entry: A unique entry code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.

• No 3rd Party Bookings; the person booking must be staying
• Check-in: 4:00 PM (No early check-ins)
• Checkout: 10:00 AM (Late checkout incurs a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past checkout time unless prior arrangements are made)
• Minimum booking age: 25 years
• Valid ID and signed rental agreement required at booking
• Maximum occupancy: 6 (including children and infants)
• No Pets (Violations incur a $500 fine and immediate eviction with no refund)
• No Parties or Events (Immediate eviction with no refund)
• No Smoking inside (Violations incur a $500 fine)
• Report any issues within 12 hours of check-in
