Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be deposited within the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after the apartment inspection, or contract an exemption for ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your while. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular amongst ornithologists. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
