The place was in a great spot downtown for night life. Bars right outside, food around the corner, the river close by and the drive anywhere else was quick. The place was clean and unlike the building, smelled great! The elevator was broken but the stairs were fine. If you like throw pillows, then you’ll love the bed there are plenty

This apartment was the perfect fit for a weekend away in downtown Des Moines! Great space, well furnished, nice decor, and an AMAZING location! The host was very reliable for quick and polite communication. I really appreciated all aspects of this getaway. I will definitely book here again!

I loved the decor of the loft! Everything was clean and looked like the description pictures. Great location to walk around downtown Des Moines for dinner and night life. Definitely recommend!(:
