This 3-bedroom, 2 full baths, 3rd floor condo has 9 ft. ceilings, a full-sized washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi and TVs with cable in all bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and large bath with a bathroom that is simply amazing. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Even better - all beds are "sleep number" beds so you can sleep just like you do at your own home. The building has an elevator and there are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. The covered spot has a clearance of 6'6". Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.

*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $149.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
