Welcome to Kings Castle
Kings Castle is a three bedroom and 2-bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SE Cape. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants and to one of the main roads, if you are enjoying the Florida lifestyle but being in the heart of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Kings' Castle features comfortable and cozy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king-size bedroom and two queen-size bedrooms.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
The main bedroom along with its En-suite bathroom, featuring a garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks, is located on the left side of the home, featuring a split floor plan with the other two bedrooms on the right side. The home features a living room with a TV (streaming services) a s well as additional TV's in the bedroom. The open kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage has two parking spots, and the home comes with bicycles (please use at your own risk).
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated salt water pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. Excellent stay- house was plenty big for our family of 4. The lanai and pool were a great size compared to some other rentals we have had in the past. Pool was clean and warm, BBQ and patio furniture were clean, and the outdoor TV was a big hit. Beds were comfortable and there were enough supplies to get us through our week. We really wished there was a blender, and a few pods of coffee to start us off would have been a nice touch (again, comparing past stays in other rentals. We got in late so we didn't get to the grocery store until the next day- it would have been nice to wake up and enjoy a coffee outside on day 1, but it's a minor detail). Beach chairs, umbrella, and a few sand toys were much appreciated. Batteries in remote controls didn't work- we change one ourselves and left the other and didn't bother using the living room TV during our stay, and I needed to change all of the clocks in the house myself (it was time change a week before our arrival). The washing machine was left closed so it did have that mouldy front loader small, but I'm sure a good cleaning would fix that. The canal was lovely and quiet, neighbours were friendly, and it was easy to get to Fort Myers, groceries, etc... Overall a very good stay and we would do it again. Thanks!

House was as listed in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood to walk the dog. Our stay was very comfortable. The only improvement would have been an outdoor light by the grill and shower grab bars. Pool and dock were perfect!

House was perfect for us. Very comfortable furniture. The beds were also comfortable although we only used the master. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The location is great. Very quiet lot in a neighborhood with easy access to main roads. I will definitely be back.

The house was nice, problem with irrigation system which flooded back yard. Entire back yard soft and muddy all the way down to dock area. this promoted lots of mosquitos and pretty much made the back area unusable. Lots of cobwebs around screened in pool area. Lots of algae in pool and never saw pool service entire time. Had to fill pool on my own. Ice maker would only produce a few cups at a time so had to wait an hour or so each time ice was needed. TV in Master Bedroom quit working. It was replaced but never programmed.
