This charming holiday home in Oliva, Costa Blanca, Spain, is perfect for accommodating 6 people. Located in a residential area and just 50 metres from the beautiful San Fernando Beach or Bassetes, it offers an ideal location to enjoy the beach and explore the region.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, distributed over 2 floors. On the main floor, you will find a bright living room/dining room with television and ceiling fan. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, mixer and toaster, a bathroom with toilet and shower and an outdoor laundry room with washing machine.
As for the upper floor, there are two rooms with a double bed, television and air conditioning, and another room with a double bed, a bunk bed, television and air conditioning. Also a toilet with a sink and WC.
The exterior of the house offers a fenced plot, a terrace, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a barbecue and an outdoor area for sitting and eating.
The house is located near Oliva (less than 10 km away), which facilitates access to services and places of interest. San Fernando beach and Playa Bassetes are just a short walk away. Additionally, Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport are less than 100 km away.

we liked the quiet neighborhood, the closeness to the beach and the well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning is a plus. We liked the prompt response of the agency about some issues we had.
The barbecue area was all messy and impossible to use, it was more a depot sit than a barbecue area. We thought we could use it but like this it wasn’t possible. The old furniture outside ( white plastic table and chair also could have been thrown away or at least made presentable to be used ).
The cleaning of the house and outdoor area has to be improved.
