Great house with all that is needed for a pleasant restful vacation. Everything is walkable—restaurants, shops, beach.

Good Vibes from our stay. We loved the tasteful decor, layout and location right, just a few blocks to the beach, surf park, and restaurants. Everything felt brand new, organized and well stocked. Easy check in and check out too. Will be back!

The home was beautiful and clean. The location to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. Communication with the property manager was easy with immediate response. The parking is insufficient. The streets are narrow with no room to maneuver vehicles There was only room for 1 vehicle and we had to park sideways to be able to get in and out.

I enjoyed the experience with Transcendent…however the parking situation is very inconvenient…the backyard was not fenced nor private.,.there was construction going on next to the Primary Bedroom…and the lack of local cable and Netflix connections blocked
Would be glad to rent again from Trancendent but would never rent this property again
