You will purchase your parking pass(es) at The Guard requires an information sheet be completed and turned in upon check-in. The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

This property looked right onto the ocean! It was so close to the beach that you could be in the water in 2 minutes! Also, there were several pools and a large hot tub. However, the description of the property said that it was a 1 bedroom. It is not. It is a studio. We had 2 Parents and 3 teenage kids. So it was pretty cramped. There are dishes to cook with, but not many.

Property was as stated but pictures looked bigger. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely small but perfect for 4 people. Amazing view and pool. Be ready to walk to your room and to beach and to pool. Walk to the beach with wagon was tough! I suggest getting an umbrella and chair rental for tbe beach
Also had a keurig that wasn’t mentioned.
No counter space and balcony was small.

This studio room was perfect for a week get away for myself . Beautiful on beach view with plenty of amenities around. Will definitely be returning .

1st we loved the view, but the cramped patio was way too small to have any kind of activity. It is only for sitting and looking out between the guard rails but sometimes that's all you need.
The advertising for this rental is quite misrepresented. This is a very small 1 room condo with the bed and living room together. It is not a 1 bedroom. It is approximately 200 square feet, maybe a tad more but only room for 1countertop with a sink in it approximately 6' long that is also half hidden beside the refrigerator and add a room for the bathroom which contained the commode and the shower. The sink was outside the bathroom in the living room.
It was also advertised it slept 6 people. Here's why. When you walk into the condo, you're in the kitchen but immediately behind the door is a set of bunk beds. You're in front of the kitchen table coming in, so you walk around the kitchen table into the living room where you are about 10' to the sliding doors. The bed does pull out into a regular size double bed, which could sleep 2 people. Then the main bedroom is an inset area next to the double doors and it might be a queen size bed. There is your 6 sleeping beds.
This condo needs serious updating. Since I'm about out of words to use, let me just say unless you like close living quarters, do not rent this condo with 6 people. However, we did enjoy our little get away, but be prepared to walk the long long long hallway to the elevators anytime you need to leave. Have fun.
