We were is Ashland for a wedding. This property blew us away with the beauty and space we had. It was a family vacation for my kids and grandbabies. I especially appreciated the entire floor between us and the adult children and grandchildren! We got the peace and quiet at the end of the day, as we were on the top floor! The views of the lake and sunset were spectacular! Most of our events were in downtown Ashland or close to it. We did not mind the drive into the hills and woods after we finished the hustle and bustle of the events we attended. We relaxed in the quiet solitude and beauty of the property. The hot tub was such a wonderful addition to relax and temps in it were perfect! We already recommended it to fellow wedding guests as a perfect family getaway! Our only problem was the GPS directions continually sending us the wrong way at the .2 end of directions. Both Maps and Google Maps tell you to make a right turn at an V intersection. After speaking with the owner she directed us to the proper location! TAKE THE LEFT not right LOL and when you do go left ,Maps and Google will try to tell you its the wrong way!!! Ignore them and continue up the Driveway!

The home is lovely— spacious, with an especially nice kitchen, outdoor areas, and views, and the host was responsive & nice.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to our questions. The heat wasn’t working for the first day we arrived, but she came and fixed it the day before Thanksgiving!

Only problems were with the internet and all the tv’s weren’t working. The pool wasn’t clean but we didn’t use it anyway. I’m sure it’s hard to keep clean with all the trees close by. Overall, a beautiful house and view. We loved the extra big hot tub.
