In the 18th century, the house was a monastery for friars and was once directly connected to the church via an underground passage. ​ In the 1990s, the house was completely renovated and furnished according to the refined taste of my grandparents, Carla and Luigi: vintage tiles by Gianni Versace, solid wood furniture custom-made by artisans, and a bathtub with lion’s-foot legs are just a few of the details that will impress you the most.
