The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with a pool, restaurant, golf pro shop, and tennis pro shop. Renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Renters are allowed to purchase ONE 30-day pass ONLY regardless of the length of your rental period. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve.

This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access including the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.

Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms + den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen bed, 3 Twin + pull-out Twin trundle (sleeps 10), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, pool, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
