Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
A beautiful beach and incredible sea views are waiting for you at Cittadinin 37!
This charming sea-view apartment is located on the first floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large communal swimming pool with hammocks and lawn right in front of Alcudia Port beach.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside, and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.
Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. You will find beach towels as well as bath towels on the floor.
The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but nearby there are shops, bars, restaurants, the promenade, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rentals, boat excursions, etc.). Furthermore, Alcudia beach and port regularly host well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or different culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance and numerous bus connections offer more excursion possibilities even without a car. A great starting point for everything you could want on vacation.
Are you going to miss it? Book as soon as possible at the best price and enjoy the best sun and beach vacation in Mallorca.

Stayed with my partner and my 15 year old son, perfect location, near everything. Apartment clean and had everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay
Communal areas and exterior could do with a slight update, and would have been helpful to have two sets of keys.

The apartment is perfectly placed for everything you need - the beach, shops, restaurants, taxi service & buses. The apartment was very clean, neat, tidy & a very much appreciated lovely clean washing machine!

Apartment is centrally located, ideal for the beach and local restaurants plus buses to other parts of the island. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Quiet enough on the beach side. Couple of teething problems but these were sorted out.
