For over 30 day stays the electricity is to be placed in residents name/financial responsibility.

Communication with owners was awesome. Responded quickly to our request for adjustment on heating hot tub and pool. Clean with comfortable beds. Great location.

The home was super clean, and very well stocked. It had great amenities, and very comfortable. The pool was an awesome feature, and we loved how big the place felt. Lots of outlets every where, and the washer and dryer very large. The A/C kept us nice and cool, and the lighting was great. The kitchen was also 5 star. If you wanted to cook meals, this kitchen was perfectly set up for meal prep.Nelle the property manager took fantastic care of us, and always got back to us right away, even if i had a dumb question. We loved the place and would definitely stay here again.Rich & Michelle

We had a great time, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we had an issue with was the fence being open to the common area in the back.
