Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Steps from the ocean, Maui Sands Seaside 713 is on the second floor and provides a quiet, peaceful retreat. From the lanai are breathtaking sunrises, sunsets and views of the ocean. You will be lulled to sleep each night by the sound of ocean waves. Three coral reefs are parallel to the shore in front of the building creating a perfect spot for snorkeling and swimming. This condo is conveniently located just a short drive to golf, shops, water activities, restaurants, luaus and entertainment.

It took a bit to find our unit, but we reached out to Crystal through text a.d get help. In addition, a coupled of "residents" help find out unit. Key lockbox was a bit tricky. Upon entering unit was Clean, updated,and had all we needed for the trip. We really just had to pack our clothes! 3rd night into our trip we had a broken garbage disposal and closet door, But we contacted Crystal via text and it was replaced/repaired next day while we were out. Last night in the unit, we had bugs come in through the living room windows and smoke detector in the bedroom started to beep. Overall, the unit had everything we needed for the trip, beautiful sunrise and sunset to see just outside our doors! Mahalo!

Lovely setting and right next to the ocean. Wake up with tropical birds singing and views of the sandy beach and ocean. Palm trees and beautiful tropical vegetation line your condo. Very clean and spacious, easy access to main roads and restaurants and shopping. We had a marvelous experience and will do it again!

The condo is in a great area for walking to restaurants/stores/beach etc. A gorgeous ocean view from the lanai and from the front of the building
The exterior lights were burned out so it was hard to see to unlock door at night.
Besides that it’s a clean updated condo.
